To celebrate Liberation and Freedom Day, join filmmakers and descendants Jobie Hill, Nina Polley, and Star Reams for a screening of “Silenced Voices,” followed by a post-screening discussion!

“Silenced Voices” is a short film capturing collaborative storytelling at a slavery site, Pharsalia Plantation. Through authentic narratives, the film illustrates collective storytelling’s power in moving the narrative forward.
