JSAAHC once again will be parading for Juneteenth!!
Line up for the parade begins at 9am in the Jackson P. Burley parking lot. The parade kicks off at 10am with Sunn m’Cheaux and Ike Anderson leading with the Juneteenth banner.
We have partnered with the Black Business Expo to bring you all the best Black businesses on the Yard and we have a tremendous line up of musicians for the Emancipation Concert, with more to come.
Ike Anderson will be our MC for the day during the Emancipation Concert featuring Ezra Hamilton, Ellis Williams, Chris Redd, Raymond Brooks and many other talented musicians. James Bryant will sing the Negro National Anthem. Rev. Brenda Brown Grooms will offer libation to the ancestors.
